About the Ensemble
A piano trio inspired by the ‘Golden Age’ of romantic performing, Tristan Trio was founded in 2025 by cellist Tyler Michael James, pianist Aljoša Jurinić, and violinist Thomas Lee Cooper. With performances on the Bar Harbor Music Festival, Fermata Chamber Soloists and Red Door Chamber Music, the trio has stormed onto the music scene, quickly become a soughtafter ensemble known for excellent emotional storytelling, (Boston Musical Intelligencer).
