About the Artist

Nora Bartosik

Nora Bartosik

Pianist Nora Bartosik has performed internationally as a soloist, in chamber ensembles and as a collaborative pianist in the United States, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She was a Piano Fellow at the Tanglewood Music Festival in 2018, where she had the opportunity to work with musicians such as Garrick Ohlsson, Thomas Ades, Yo-Yo Ma and Emmanuel Ax. She has performed in several other international festivals including the Aspen Music Festival and School, the Saoû Chante Mozart Festival in Saoû, France, the Festival des Nuits d’été in Macon, France, the HARMOS Chamber Music Festival in Porto, Portugal and the Max Reger Forum in Bremen.

Ms. Bartosik received her piano training at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, the University of Music in Hannover, the University of Music in Leipzig and Harvard College (with the New England Conservatory). She is now on the faculty at the John J. Cali School of Music at Montclair State University, Opus One Music in Manhattan, and the Point CounterPoint summer music festival in Leicester, Vermont. She lives in New York City.
